Common use of Continuation of the Work Clause in Contracts

Continuation of the Work. Unless there is provision that states otherwise in this contract, or there is a written order issued by PEP, the CONTRACTOR shall continue with the services and comply with its obligations pursuant to this contract, notwithstanding the fact that proceeding(s) have been initiated for resolving claims and disputes of a technical or administrative nature, or disputes according to this contract. THIRTY-FIVE TAX CLAUSE. Each of the parties will comply with the pertinent tax obligations, and will pay each and every one of the contributions and other tax charges that they are obligated to pay during the term, execution and fulfillment of this contract and its attachments, pursuant to the federal, state and municipal law of the United Mexican States and the United States of America. The foregoing is without prejudice to the withholdings that PEP is obligated to pay according to the laws in this area.
