Common use of Continued Insurance Coverage Clause in Contracts

Continued Insurance Coverage. AMT shall arrange for an insurance policy providing coverage for any claims related to the Acquired Fund in favor of the Board of Trustees and officers of AMT for any expenses, losses, claims, damages and liabilities relating to periods prior to the Closing upon such terms, including matters arising from conduct or omissions occuring prior to the Closing, as may be reasonably acceptable to the Board of Trustees of AMT.
