Continuing Assurances Clause Samples

The Continuing Assurances clause requires parties to consistently provide confirmations, documents, or actions necessary to uphold their obligations throughout the duration of the agreement. In practice, this may involve regularly updating information, reaffirming warranties, or supplying additional documentation as circumstances change. Its core function is to ensure that all parties remain compliant and that the agreement remains enforceable and effective over time, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or breaches due to outdated or incomplete information.
