Common use of Continuing Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Continuing Entitlement. The Executive acknowledges that his continuing entitlement to payments under Paragraph 2(a) shall be conditioned upon his continuing compliance with Paragraphs 4, 5, 6, 7, 10(a) and 14 of the Agreement and any material violation of Paragraphs 4, 5, 6, 7, 10(a) or 14 by the Executive shall terminate the Company’s obligation to continue to make payments in accordance with Paragraph 2(a).

Continuing Entitlement. The Executive acknowledges that his continuing entitlement to payments under this Paragraph 2(a) 2 shall be conditioned upon his continuing compliance with Paragraphs 4▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, 5▇, 6▇, 7▇, 10(a▇ O(a) and 14 of the this Agreement and any material violation of Paragraphs 4, 5, 6, 7, 10(a) or 14 by the Executive shall terminate the Company’s 's obligation to continue to make payments in accordance with this Paragraph 2(a)2.

Continuing Entitlement. The Executive acknowledges that his continuing entitlement to payments and/or vesting under this Paragraph 2(a) 2 shall be conditioned upon his continuing compliance with Paragraphs 4, 5, 6, 7, 10(a) and 14 15 of the Agreement and any material violation of Paragraphs 4, 5, 6, 7, 10(a) or 14 15 by the Executive shall terminate the Company’s obligation to continue to make payments (or to continue vesting of awards) in accordance with this Paragraph 2(a)2.

Continuing Entitlement. The Executive acknowledges that his continuing entitlement to payments under this Paragraph 2(a) 2 shall be conditioned upon his continuing compliance with Paragraphs 4, 5, 6, 7, 10(al0(a) and 14 of the Agreement and any material violation of Paragraphs 4, 5, 6, 7, 10(a) or 14 by the Executive shall terminate the Company’s 's obligation to continue to make payments in accordance with this Paragraph 2(a)2.

Continuing Entitlement. The Executive acknowledges that his continuing entitlement to payments and benefits under this Paragraph 2(a) 2 shall be conditioned upon his continuing compliance with Paragraphs 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10(a6 and 9(c) and 14 of the Agreement this Release and any material violation of Paragraphs 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10(a6 or 9(a) or 14 by the Executive shall terminate the Company’s obligation to continue to make payments or provide benefits in accordance with this Paragraph 2(a)2.

Continuing Entitlement. The Executive acknowledges that his continuing entitlement to payments and benefits under this Paragraph 2(a) 2 shall be conditioned upon his continuing compliance with Paragraphs 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10(a9(c) and or 14 of the Agreement this Release and any material violation of Paragraphs 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10(a9(a) or 14 by the Executive shall terminate the Company’s obligation to continue to make payments or provide benefits in accordance with this Paragraph 2(a)2.

Continuing Entitlement. The Executive acknowledges that his continuing entitlement to payments under and benefits pursuant to this Paragraph 2(a) 2 shall be conditioned upon his continuing compliance with Paragraphs 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10(a6 and 9(c) and 14 of the Agreement this Release and any material violation of Paragraphs 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10(a6 or 9(a) or 14 by the Executive shall terminate automatically nullify the Company’s obligation to continue to make payments or provide benefits in accordance with this Paragraph 2(a)2.

Continuing Entitlement. The Executive acknowledges that his continuing entitlement to payments and benefits under this Paragraph 2(a) 2 shall be conditioned upon his continuing compliance with Paragraphs 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10(a6 and 9(a) and 14 of the Agreement Release and any material violation of Paragraphs 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10(a6 or 9(a) or 14 by the Executive shall terminate the Company’s obligation to continue to make payments or provide benefits in accordance with this Paragraph 2(a)2.
