Common use of Continuing Security Interests Clause in Contracts

Continuing Security Interests. The liens and security interests in and to the Collateral in favor of PNC which were created under the Existing Loan Agreement, and which are reaffirmed hereunder, are continuing and uninterrupted liens and security interests. Each of the parties has signed this Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement as of the day and year first above written.
