Specific Defaults Clause Samples

Specific Defaults. Any Credit Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Sections 4.1, 4.2(b), 4.3(a), 4.6, 4.9(a)-(c), Article V or Article VI hereof; or

Specific Defaults. The Borrower shall fail to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in Article VII or Section 6.02, 6.05 (with respect to the Borrower's existence), or 6.10(b);

Specific Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in Section 6.03 or Article 7; or

Specific Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in Sections 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.6, 6.9, 7.10, 7.11 or 7.17; or 8.

Specific Defaults. Any Loan Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in Section 7.3(a) or in Article VIII.

Specific Defaults. Any Credit Party fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in any of Section 6.03(a), Section 6.04(a) (with respect to corporate existence), or Article 7 on its part to be performed; or

Specific Defaults. The breach by such Borrower of any of the terms or provisions of Section 6.2, 6.10, 6.11, 6.12, 6.14 or 6.15.

Specific Defaults. The Borrower fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in Sections 6.03(a), 6.05, 6.06, 6.07, 6.13, 6.14, 6.20, 6.26 or Article VII; or

Specific Defaults. The Company fails to perform or observe any term, covenant or agreement contained in Sections 7.3 or 7.9 or Article VIII; or
