Continuity of Service to the Public. 3.1 The Parties agree to the following provisions as required by the Ontario Labour Relations Act, 1995 and in accordance with Bill 150, An Act to provide for resolution of labour disputes involving the Toronto Transit Commission, 2011: 3.2 The TTC recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent with respect to all matters properly arising under the terms of this Agreement for all members of the Bargaining Unit employed by the Toronto Transit Commission. This excludes Sergeants and Staff Sergeants. 3.3 The Union agrees and undertakes that there will be no strikes and the TTC agrees and undertakes that there will be no lock- outs in accordance with Bi1l 150, An Act to provide for resolu- tion of labour disputes involving the Toronto Transit Commis- sion, 2011.
