Continuity of Service Sample Clauses

The Continuity of Service clause ensures that services provided under a contract will continue without interruption, even if there are changes in circumstances such as contract expiration, termination, or transition to a new provider. Typically, this clause requires the current service provider to maintain operations at agreed-upon standards until a replacement is in place or the transition is complete. By mandating ongoing service, the clause prevents gaps or disruptions that could negatively impact the client, thereby ensuring business operations remain smooth and uninterrupted during periods of change.
