Common use of Continuity of Service Clause in Contracts

Continuity of Service. It shall be the right of all Subscribers to receive Service insofar as their financial and other obligations to the Licensee are honored. The Licensee shall ensure that all Subscribers receive continuous, uninterrupted Service, except for necessary Service interruptions. When necessary, non-routine Service interruptions can be anticipated, the Licensee shall notify Subscribers of such interruption(s) in advance.

Continuity of Service. It shall be the right of all Subscribers to receive Service insofar as their financial and other obligations to the Licensee Franchisee are honored. The Licensee Franchisee shall ensure that all Subscribers receive continuous, uninterrupted Service, except for necessary Service interruptions. When necessary, non-routine necessary Service interruptions can be anticipated, the Licensee Franchisee shall notify Subscribers of such interruption(s) Subscribers, if practical, in advance.

When necessary, non-routine necessary Service interruptions can be anticipated, the Licensee shall notify Subscribers of any such interruption(s) in advance.
