Common use of CONTINUITY OF WORK Clause in Contracts

CONTINUITY OF WORK. There shall be no cessation of work, or slow down of any kind by the Employees, or lock-out by the Company, during the time this Agreement is in force, or in the process of being renewed or amended. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be required to cross any legal picket line. The business agent is allowed to visit the Company premises but shall not conduct Union business on Company time.
