CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION AND CONDITIONS. Contract Document 1. The successful Bidder(s) will be required to execute a contract in the form of a NASPO M aster Price Agreement. A copy of the standard terms and conditions that make up a Master Price Agreement are provided as Appendix D. 2. The Sourcing Team estimates having M aster Price Agreements in place in January 2013. The Sourcing Team recognizes, however, that the actual contract effective date depends upon completion of the RFP process, date of formal award notification, length of contract negotiation, and preparation and approval by internal state approval bodies. Any appeals to the award decision(s) may further postpone the actual contract effective date, depending upon the outcome. The contract effective date may need to be adjusted, if necessary, to comply with mandated requirements.

Allocation of funds is final upon successful negotiation and execution of the contract, subject to the review and approval of the State Purchases Review Committee. Contracts are not considered fully executed and valid until approved by the State Purchases Review Committee and funds are encumbered. No contract will be approved based on an RFP which has an effective date less than fourteen (14) calendar days after award notification to Bidders. (Referenced in the regulations of the Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Chapter 110, § 3(B)(i): This provision means that a contract cannot be effective until at least 14 days after award notification. 3. The Department estimates having a contract in place by June 1, 2015. The Standard Terms and Conditions used with the aforementioned contract types may be found on the Division of Procurement Services’ website at the following link: In the event that the State of Maine’s Standard Terms and Conditions or RFQ provisions do not otherwise cover contractual scenarios that are specific to the goods or services being purchased under this RFQ, then the State is willing to consider a Bidder’s standard terms and conditions. Consideration or use of a Bidder’s standard terms and conditions shall only occur under the general agreement that in the event of a conflict, the State of Maine’s Standard Terms and Conditions and RFQ provisions shall take precedence.   • Contract Administration The Delegate shall cause that the foreign custody arrangements with an Eligible Foreign Custodian shall be governed by a written contract that the Delegate has determined will provide reasonable care for Fund assets based on the standards applicable to custodians in the relevant market. Each such contract shall, except as set forth in the last paragraph of this subsection (b), include provisions that provide: (i) For indemnification or insurance arrangements (or any combination of the foregoing) such that the Fund will be adequately protected against the risk of loss of assets held in accordance with such contract; (ii) That the Fund's Assets will not be subject to any right, charge, security interest, lien or claim of any kind in favor of the Eligible Foreign Custodian or its creditors except a claim of payment for their safe custody or administration or, in the case of cash deposits, liens or rights in favor of creditors of such Custodian arising under bankruptcy, insolvency or similar laws; (iii) That beneficial ownership of the Fund's Assets will be freely transferable without the payment of money or value other than for safe custody or administration; (iv) That adequate records will be maintained identifying the Fund's Assets as belonging to the Fund or as being held by a third party for the benefit of the Fund; (v) That the Fund's independent public accountants will be given access to those records described in (iv) above or confirmation of the contents of such records; and (vi) That the Delegate will receive sufficient and timely periodic reports with respect to the safekeeping of the Fund's Assets, including, but not limited to, notification of any transfer to or from the Fund's account or a third party account containing the Fund's Assets. Such contract may contain, in lieu of any or all of the provisions specified in this Section 3(b), such other provisions that the Delegate determines will provide, in their entirety, the same or a greater level of care and protection for the Fund's Assets as the specified provisions, in their entirety.

  • Agreement Administration SBBC has delegated authority to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee to take any actions necessary to implement and administer this Agreement.

  • CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION & NOTICES Except for legal notices, the parties hereby designate the following contract administrators as the respective single points of contact for purposes of this Contract. Enterprise Services’ contract administrator shall provide Contract oversight. Contractor’s contract administrator shall be Contractor’s principal contact for business activities under this Contract. The parties may change contract administrators by written notice as set forth below. Any notices required or desired shall be in writing and sent by U.S. mail, postage prepaid, or sent via email, and shall be sent to the respective addressee at the respective address or email address set forth below or to such other address or email address as the parties may specify in writing:

  • Project Administration The Contractor shall provide project administration for all Subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and others involved in implementing the Work and shall coordinate administration efforts with those of the A/E and ODR in accordance with these Uniform General and Supplementary Conditions and provisions of Division 1 Specifications, and as outlined in the Pre- construction Conference.

  • Agreement Administration and Communications A. Under this Agreement, either of the representatives of the Judicial Council identified below will monitor the Work and act as the Judicial Council’s liaisons with the Contractor: i. The Meeting Planner will be MPname. B. The Judicial Council may reallocate funds between the estimated amounts set forth in Exhibit G, without an Amendment to this Agreement, as long as the total amount to be paid under this Agreement does not exceed the Contract Amount.
