Contract Administration. ‌ Contractor shall maintain a sufficient number of Customer Service employees who are knowledgeable and responsive to Authorized User needs and who can effectively service the Contract. Contractor shall also maintain an Emergency Contact in the event of an emergency occurring after business hours or on weekend/holidays.
