CONTRACT AGREEMENT. If the work is awarded the contractor shall enter into an agreement with BCPL in the prescribed Performa within 10 days of the issue of LOA/LOI whichever is earlier. The agreement shall be executed on non-judicial stamp paper of RS. 100/- or as applicable as per Law .The cost of stamp paper shall be borne by the contractor. The format of agreement can be obtained from the office of the Manager (C&P), BCPL - Dibrugarh.
