Contract and License. The State will require in its Contract with its Contractor performing Project Work under the State's Project on the UPRR properties pursuant to this Contract that its Contractor will enter into UPRR’s Contractor’s Right of Entry Agreement with the UPRR in the attached form marked Exhibit C, and containing the covenants, conditions, and stipulations set forth therein.
