Contract Binding. The provisions of this Contract shall be binding upon the Annuitant's heirs, liquidators, administrators, representatives and assigns and upon the Trustee's successors and assigns. On the date of the final payment required hereunder, the Trustee shall be discharged from all further duties, obligations and liabilities with respect to this Contract.
