Contract Change Order. Only change orders that impact the amount of funding or changes to the scope of the project as described to and approved by the funding board or RCO must receive prior written approval.
Contract Change Order. Contract change orders may be ordered by the City. The Contractor shall provide appropriate labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals as necessary to complete any contract change order as ordered by the City. All work will be done in a timely and correct fashion and shall not impact specified contract work under this Agreement.
