Contract Day. 1. All certificated employees may be assigned appropriate starting and dismissal times, providing their total regular workday shall be no longer than eight (8) hours including a continuous thirty (30) minute duty-free lunch period. Assignments other than a regular workday will be mutually agreed upon by the employee and the District.
