The Contract Ending Date clause defines the specific date on which the contractual relationship between the parties will automatically terminate. This clause typically states the exact calendar date or describes a method for determining when the contract ends, such as upon completion of a project or after a set period. Contract Ending Date. The agreement shall terminate on the contract ending date as shown on Appendix A. Changes to the contract ending date will be done by written modification duly executed by the contracting parties.
