Contract Ending Date Sample Clauses

The Contract Ending Date clause defines the specific date on which the contractual relationship between the parties will automatically terminate. This clause typically states the exact calendar date or describes a method for determining when the contract ends, such as upon completion of a project or after a set period. By clearly establishing when obligations cease, it prevents misunderstandings about the duration of the agreement and helps both parties plan for the conclusion of their responsibilities.
Contract Ending Date. The agreement shall terminate on the contract ending date as shown on Appendix A. Changes to the contract ending date will be done by written modification duly executed by the contracting parties.
Contract Ending Date. The Contract Ending Date is defined as the date of termination of the contract agreement. It is not to be interpreted as a construction delivery milestone, nor as an extension of a construction milestone. The contract agreement shall terminate on the Contract Ending Date, established as 365 consecutive calendar days following the Contract Final Acceptance Date. Changes to the Contract Ending Date will be done by a written change order duly executed by the contracting parties.
