Contract Goal Requirement Clause Samples

A Contract Goal Requirement clause defines the specific objectives or outcomes that the parties to a contract are expected to achieve. This clause typically outlines measurable targets, performance standards, or deliverables that must be met during the course of the agreement, such as completing a project by a certain date or achieving a minimum level of service quality. By clearly stating these goals, the clause ensures that both parties have a mutual understanding of expectations and provides a basis for evaluating performance, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes.
