Contract Length. The initial Contract term is 3 years with a renewal option for one or more additional terms with the combined length of all renewal terms not to exceed the length of the original term of the contract. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will be made at the sole discretion and option of the Department and must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
