Contract Management Oversight and Review. 11.1 Vendor Obligations: Vendor acknowledges their ongoing obligation to participate in the administration of the contract. The Vendor agrees to promptly and completely respond to any request from a VR counselor, contract management, contract monitoring, investigator, or other TWC staff.
