CONTRACT MODIFICATION. 12.1. This agreement comes into force from the moment of payment of the registration fee by the Swim Participant. 12.2. The Organizer has the right to change the terms of this agreement without prior notification of the Swim Participants. 12.3. Changes in the agreement are not retroactive.
