Contract Modifications. No amendment or change to the terms of this agreement shall be valid unless made in writing, signed by the parties and approved as required by law. In the event of an inconsistency between this Professional Service Agreement and any Attachments or Exhibits, unless otherwise provided herein, the inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence first to this Professional Service Agreement.
