CONTRACT MODIFICATION. The conditions of this timber sale are completely set forth in this contract. Except as provided in B8.32 and B8.33, this contract can be modified only by written agreement between the parties. Only Contracting Officer may make contract modifications, with compensating adjustments to Current Contract Rates where appropriate, on behalf of Forest Service.

CONTRACT MODIFICATION. No amendment or variation of the terms of this Contract shall be valid unless made in writing, signed by the parties and approved as required. No oral understanding or agreement not incorporated in the Contract is binding on any of the parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, no subsequent Statement of Work or Contract Change Notice executed after the Effective Date will be construed to amend this Contract unless it specifically states its intent to do so and cites the section or sections amended.

CONTRACT MODIFICATION. The following is adopted as the new CTC for the Contract effective May 30, 2023: Pursuant to the Contract, Contractor’s Adjustment Factors remain fixed for the duration of the contract term and are unaffected by this modification.

CONTRACT MODIFICATION. This Contract may not be modified unless such modification is (1) made in writing, (2) agreed to by both Student and Landlord, and (3) approved by the BYU-ldaho Housing & Student Living Office.

CONTRACT MODIFICATION. This State/Municipal Agreement can only be modified by written instruments duly executed by both parties. No term or provision of neither this State/Municipal Agreement nor any of its attachments may be changed, waived or terminated orally.

CONTRACT MODIFICATION. 12.1. This agreement comes into force from the moment of payment of the registration fee by the Swim Participant. 12.2. The Organizer has the right to change the terms of this agreement without prior notification of the Swim Participants. 12.3. If the time of entry into force of the amendments to this agreement is not specifically stipulated, they begin their effect from the moment they are published on the official page of the swim on the website ▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ . 12.4. Changes in the agreement are not retroactive.
