Contract Modifications. The parties agree to meet and negotiate in good faith any modifications to the Contract that the parties believe are necessary. Modifications shall be mutually agreed to by the Contractor and the Department and incorporated into the Contract as a written amendment. Without written approval of the Department, the Contractor shall not materially alter or vary the services to be performed. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contract as a result of changes in federal or state statutes, regulations, policies, or rules.
