CONTRACT NEGOTIATING COMMITTEE. The Union shall be permitted to have six (6) members on the Negotiating Committee, without loss of pay, who shall serve as Union Negotiators on any reopening, amendment, and/or modification to the present Agreement and/or on any new Agreement between the parties. These shall be in addition to the President, Secretary-Treasurer and Business Representative of the Local Union.

CONTRACT NEGOTIATING COMMITTEE. A Bargaining Committee consisting of the local President and up to ten (10) representatives shall be established to conduct negotiations with the Company. The Company will pay the difference between time actually spent in negotiations and the regular straight time wages that coincide with the employees' work schedules and are exclusive of scheduled days off up to a total of ten (10) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week excluding mutually agreed upon breaks.
CONTRACT NEGOTIATING COMMITTEE. A Bargaining Committee consisting of the local President and up to ten (10) representatives shall be established to conduct negotiations with the Company. The Union and the Company agree to meet to start pre-negotiation discussions six (6) months prior to the expiration of this CBA. The parties will discuss the appropriate time frame needed for formal negotiations. The Company will pay the difference between time actually spent in negotiations and the regular straight time wages that coincide with the employees’ work schedules and are exclusive of scheduled days off, up to a total of ten (10) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week excluding mutually agreed upon breaks.
