Negotiating Committee Sample Clauses

The Negotiating Committee clause establishes a designated group of representatives from each party responsible for conducting and managing negotiations related to the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the composition of the committee, the process for appointing its members, and the scope of its authority, such as resolving disputes or making recommendations on contract amendments. By formalizing the negotiation process and centralizing decision-making, this clause ensures efficient communication, streamlines discussions, and helps prevent misunderstandings during the course of the agreement.
