Common use of Contract Negotiation Clause in Contracts

Contract Negotiation. The Master Agreement for On-Call Engineering Services will be contracted based on the proposals submitted by each selected Firm. Attachment B contains the County’s standard Master Agreement for On-Call Engineering Services that will serve as the basis for each Task Order contract with the selected Firm(s). All Task Orders issued under the Master Agreement will be negotiated with a selected Firm under contract based on the proposed scope of work, deliverables, project schedule, fee schedule, and project team as outlined in their proposal.
