Contract Notification. Deadlines -- It is the Board’s intent to comply fully with Kansas Contract Law. Based on current law the following deadlines are in place: 1. Board notice of teacher non-renewal must be provided in compliance with state law. (2010-2011: Board notice to teacher is the 3rd Friday in May.)
