Contract Objectives. The purpose of this contract is to provide for mechanical maintenance, repair, Reverse Engineering, Technical Support and complementary services for Air Heaters at Cluster 7 consisting of Lethabo and Kendal Eskom Generation Power Stations as detailed in each Station Addendum. This is applicable for running, routine, planned, emergency maintenance and Outages. The Contractor performs work under this Contract as specified in the Task Order . The Employer may not add nor does the Contractor accept any tasks or work that is not within the Contractor’s approved Scope. The Parties are committed to the following:
Contract Objectives. The objective of this contract is to obtain expert technical assistance to assist NSIR/DNS/RSPS in accomplishing i health and safety mission, programs, and activities pertaining to the access authorization and fitness-for-duty (FFD programs such as completing the remaining tasks to issue a final FFD rule, combining 10 CFR Parts 26, 73.56 and under one rule, and ultimately under 10 CFR Part 73.55.
Contract Objectives. The objectives of the Contract are to have the Contractor deliver the Innovation and associated components to the Testing Department, and provide training, technical support, oversight services and consultation in support of the Innovation Testing Procedures, which are to be described in Section 8 of this document.
Contract Objectives. The objective of this contract is to provide the best quality training to the USACDRA Mission and supporting/related work force in a non-agent environment. This objective is to be accomplished by analyzing the work to be performed at all sites and determining what tasks should be trained. The SCT in cooperation with the Government shall recommend what training materials should be developed and shall maintain all training material assigned to the SCT. The training provided will be continually monitored and updated to keep the training up-to- date with the demil technology and to maintain the fidelity of the training to the demil sites. The contract objective to achieve the highest level of cost effective availability of the CDTF for training, which consists of, five buildings, facility equipment, four demil lines, a controls system, a process control simulator, and a training laboratory, for training. A contract is also to provide testing,and optimization of demil equipment, field start up and trouble shooting services to the CDFs, and public affairs support.
Contract Objectives. 1.1 The parties approve and conclude this agreement for the ownership and management of all natural resources of the Bas Congo province, not presently under contract to any other party, for the purpose of benefiting the citizens of the Province of Bas Congo subject to this agreement and all additional stake holders and the shareholders of MGW, by financing the extraction and development of the natural resources, providing maximum beneficiation, entrepreneur development, infrastructure development and job creation.
1.2 The parties agree to provide the financial resources and technical expertise to maximize the income to the stakeholders, create a world class infrastructure, attract additional foreign investment to the province, budget the revenue in a manner that is conducive to the feasibility studies previously performed by the province and to be conducted through this agreement. This agreement will, at a minimum, improve the housing stock for government employees and other citizens, improve the communication system for the entire province, develop agriculture to meet the needs of both the province and export markets and provide a transportation mechanism to move products, develop and rehabilitate agro processing systems where needed, provide housing, shopping, building materials supply, mining, fishing and any other legal activity that will benefit the province.
1.3 The scope of this agreement includes supply and or training of the work force for execution and management of services needed in the province;
1.4 All goods and services referred to in paragraphs 1.2 and 1.3 of this agreement will comply with standards of quality set forth by international best practices and any commodity or other resource sold and not beneficiated in Bas Congo province will be sold at the prevailing market price at the time of the sale. However, it is the intent of both parties, that over time, the internal infrastructure will be developed to maximize the possibility of developing for retail or end user consumption, or any other means of exploiting for the exhaustion of the value chain. Both parties agree to commence operating under this agreement within 30 days of the signing of this agreement, but no later than October 1, 2008.

Contract Objectives. The major objectives of this Contract are to:
(a) provide for resilient and reliable delivery of Services to the required or superior standard;
(b) continuously improve the quality of Services;
(c) implement innovative and flexible management strategies in the delivery of the Services and to be responsive to the changing needs and requirements of the Principal, Client Agencies and the community;
(d) provide the Services in an open, transparent and accountable manner to the Principal and the community;
(e) ensure the application of high levels of duty of care;

(g) ensure the delivery of the Services represents value for money for the Principal.
Contract Objectives. NBN-Gateway development. To maintain and develop the NBN Gateway and associated web services in support of a single data capture and management infrastructure for biological recording in the UK for a period of one year Capacity. To provide tools and services to the volunteer recording community, and to local data users and suppliers (including Local Record Centres), to help them adapt to changes in the IT infrastructure and to local priorities identified in the new biodiversity strategy for England so that they can continue to provide a more efficient and effective service for national and local data users. Data quality, supply and access. To agree data flow models and develop data supply and data quality with priority suppliers identified by the Data Access Group or successor bodies, increasing the number of records for species listed in the European Union Species and Habitats Directive, „priority‟ species and invasive non-native species. Use. To help users integrate biodiversity data from the NBN Gateway, into the research, policy evaluation or planning/consents sectors.
Contract Objectives. 1.10.1 The Parties intend to conduct their relationship and operate this Contract in a manner consistent with an approach that will, for each Prison, deliver: o custodial services and prisoner places that provide value for money to the Authority for the full period of contract; o a flexible service that will deliver the Authority's Requirements for offender management, property and facilities management over the period of the Contract and respond to evolving regional and national priorities; o programmes to reduce re-offending, including working with the local community and with the third sector, private and statutory organisations to reduce re-offending and increase public confidence in the criminal justice system; o an operational service which focuses on the NOMS priorities of Offender Management and protecting the public and includes all aspects of prison life, from initial reception and induction, through to the time of transfer or release, and which will guarantee security and discipline, the provision of a safe and decent environment and care for prisoners including working to prevent suicide and self- harm; o managed interfaces with healthcare and education providers to facilitate their delivery; o a flexible approach and responsiveness to a potential change of function; and o optimum and appropriate risk transfer to the successful Bidder from the Authority, whilst still offering good value for money, (the "Contract Objectives").
1.10.2 The provisions of this clause 1.10 (Contract Objectives) reflect the intent of the Parties and (without prejudice to the provisions of clause 1.5 (Precedence of Documentation)) shall be used as a guide to the interpretation of the other provisions of this Contract in the event of any conflict or inconsistency therein.
