Contract Register. 10.1 The Head of the Joint Procurement Service shall maintain a Register of all such Contracts awarded following Process 4 and 5 (and those under process 3 that have been communicated to the JPS), specifying the name of the Contractor, the goods works services to be supplied, the length of the Contract, its expiry date, value and named contract manager.
10.2 Copies of the Register maintained under 10.1 above shall be made available online and the link to this published on the websites of both Forces and the Police and Crime Commissioners for Surrey and Sussex.
10.3 Heads of Division and Departments are required to advise the Joint Procurement Services of all contracts they enter into with a value between £5,000 and £50,000 no later than 30 days following the award of the Contract. Details of these contracts shall then be made available via the websites of both Forces and the Police and Crime Commissioners for Surrey and Sussex when advised.
10.4 Contract renewals should be identified through the register and used to establish the ongoing procurement work plan.
10.5 Supporting information including the signed contract, schedules, variations or any other must be uploaded on to the Contract Register for all contracts held.
10.6 Where a copy of a contract is requested under transparency obligations, it will be obtained from the contract Register with any confidential/sensitive information being redacted before publication.

11.7 Heads of Division and Departments are responsible for establishing whether aggregation of spend rises above the £50,000 threshold, within their own budget areas, and should therefore be subject to the relevant Procurement procedures for the higher threshold. The assistance of the Joint Procurement Service must be sought in this instance.
Contract Register. All approved contracts are registered in the Contract Management System to enable easy retrieval and identification of all contractual arrangements. Contracts that are partially executed, signed by one party, may be registered into the Contract Management System prior to forwarding to other parties for signature. The Contract Management unit function should ensure that all signatures are obtained, and contracts are updated in the system. Contract registers should be used to monitor contract end dates in order to notify the end user to commence with the procurement strategy timeously, at least 6 months prior to the expiry of the contract. An effective contract register should have the following characteristics: • Contract number, name of contractor, description, award date, type of contract, amount, contract period, department, project manager, contact details, expenditure, commitment. • This will simplify the reconciliation or cross-check between the register and the municipality's financial management information system. • Expenditure against the contract and value of commitment. Contract register report will be established detailing status of contracts and the reports to be provided by the 5th working day of every month to the Head of SCM on the following: • Valid contracts in place. • Contracts due to expire in six to twelve months. • Contracts extended. • All expired contracts. • Contract variations. • Cancelled contracts. • Contracts captured on the system; (where applicable) • Value of commitments. • Value of accruals.

Contract Register. The Parties have expressly agreed that this Agreement shall take effect only after publication of the Agreement pursuant to Act No. 340/2015 Coll., on Contract Register, as amended, unless a later date is specified (suspensive condition of effect by law). Publication shall be arranged by the Client. The Parties agree to this publication; for the purposes of publication, they do not consider anything in the Agreement or in the metadata relating to the Agreement to be excluded from publication. Should the Agreement be performed before its effective date, such performance shall be considered as an advance for the purposes of the Agreement. i. Access to the Hosted Services; and
ii. Access to Technical Support. Any additional services provided by the Company shall be charged at the time and materials rates published by the Company from time to time.
Contract Register a. Both Parties are restricted to treat any personal data obtained, processed or used in any other way for the purposes of or in connection with this Agreement strictly in accordance with the applicable laws and legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation of EU and its implementing legislation in particular.
b. The Parties are aware of and agree with the publication of the Agreement by Subtenant in accordance with Act no. 340/2015 Sb., concerning special conditions regarding the effect of some Contracts, their publication, and the Contract Register (Contract Register Act), as amended (hereinafter the Act on the Register of Contracts), immediately after signing the Contract.
c. The Parties state that the Agreement does not contain commercially confidential information or information whose publication would lead to unauthorized access to the rights and obligations of the Parties, their representatives or their employees, and the Parties agree with the publication of the Agreement in its entirety. Nonetheless, prior to the Agreements publication Subtenant is, if necessary, entitled to delete information which, according to the Act on the Register of Contracts, should not or need not be published. In the case that the publication of the Agreement would nevertheless lead to unauthorized access to the rights and obligations of the Parties, their representatives or their employees, each Party is responsible solely for the harm caused to itself, its own representatives, or employees.
d. The Parties have agreed that this Agreement is entered into and takes effect on the day of its publication in the Contract Register in accordance with the Act on the Register of Contracts. The Parties are explicitly aware of and agree that the fulfilment of the Contract can take place only after it has taken effect. Subtenant undertakes to inform ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of the Contracts registration by sending a copy of the confirmation issued by the Contract Register administrator to the e- mail address given in the header of this Agreement.
Contract Register. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Biomet agrees with publication of this Agreement in Contract Register according to Act No. 340/2015 Coll. on Agreements Register as amended in its entirety, including all its amendments.
