Contract Rents Sample Clauses

The 'Contract Rents' clause defines the specific rental amounts that are agreed upon in a lease or rental agreement. It typically outlines the base rent, any scheduled increases, and may specify how and when rent payments are to be made by the tenant. For example, it might state that rent is due monthly on the first day of each month and detail any adjustments for renewals or extensions. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the financial obligations under the contract, reducing the risk of disputes over payment terms.
