Contract Supremacy. This contract constitutes the negotiated agreements between GHC and the GHCFT and supersedes any previous agreements or understandings, whether oral or written, between the parties. This contract shall supersede any rules, regulations, or policies as found in the board policy manual, resolutions, or practices of GHC which shall be contrary to or inconsistent with its terms to the extent of the conflicting areas only.
