Contract Transition. Contractor represents and warrants that, in the event this Contract is transitioned to another contractor (e.g., Contract expiration or termination), Contractor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to assist WSAC for a period of sixty (60) days to effectuate a smooth transition to another contractor to minimize disruption of service and/or costs to the State of Washington.
