Subject to the provisions of this Contract, the Engineer will pay, and the Contractor shall accept in full consideration for the performance of the Contractor's obligation hereunder, the following unit prices: 1. Vacuum/Manual Excavation Test Pits, per Linear Foot 2. Mobilization and Demobilization, per Lump Sum 3. Test Pit Patching (Hot-Mix), Each 4. Test Pit Patching (Cold-Mix), Each 5. Standby Time, per Hour These Items will be paid as Direct Costs 6. Traffic Person, $1,000.00 per Day (For uniformed traffic control on non-railroad property) 7. Traffic Control Equipment, $1,000.00 per Day 8. Truck Mounted Attenuation (TMA), $1,500.00 per Day
