CONTRACT VACANCIES. 21.01 The Board will annually survey all occasional teachers to determine their interest in obtaining a contract position. This list will be shared with the principals at the appropriate staffing meeting. 21.02 For contract positions that become available during the school year, occasional teachers may submit an expression of interest in writing to the Superintendent responsible for secondary staffing. Should the position not be filled, occasional teachers will be considered. 21.03 The Board agrees to consider such applications for interviews when teachers are being hired for the appropriate panel.
CONTRACT VACANCIES. All contract positions lasting at least six (6) months shall follow the process established in this Article. Each vacancy will be posted internally for a period of five (5) working days and externally for a minimum period of five (5) working days. These postings may be made simultaneously. Permanent, Contract and Casual Members shall be evaluated before external applications. Applicants shall be evaluated based on their skills, knowledge, experience, qualifications and merit as assessed by the Board. Permanent Members successful in achieving a contract position shall retain their permanent status. Upon completion of the contract, a Permanent Member shall return to their original job classification and FTE.
CONTRACT VACANCIES. 21.01 Occasional Teachers who possess the necessary qualifications to teach in the elementary and/or secondary panels may inform the appropriate superintendent at any time that they are interested in obtaining a teaching position. 21.02 The Board agrees to consider such applications for interviews when teachers are being hired for the appropriate panel.
CONTRACT VACANCIES. The parties agree that when there are to fill vacant positions in the regular bargaining unit, occasional teachers may concurrently inform the superintendent, in writing, of their interest in the vacant position. Should the position in the regular bargaining unit not be filled internally, then the occasional teachers, who have indicated their interest, may be considered for the interview process provided they hold the necessary qualifications. CONTRACT VACANCIES. Contract vacancies are not available for the purposes of recall. When contract vacancies become available, employees on the recall list will be considered along with other candidates for the position. The provisions of the Article 37 (Hiring and Promotion) shall apply.

  • CONDITIONS FOR EMERGENCY/HURRICANE OR DISASTER - TERM CONTRACTS It is hereby made a part of this Invitation for Bids that before, during and after a public emergency, disaster, hurricane, flood, or other acts of God that Orange County shall require a “first priority” basis for goods and services. It is vital and imperative that the majority of citizens are protected from any emergency situation which threatens public health and safety, as determined by the County. Contractor agrees to rent/sell/lease all goods and services to the County or other governmental entities as opposed to a private citizen, on a first priority basis. The County expects to pay contractual prices for all goods or services required during an emergency situation. Contractor shall furnish a twenty-four (24) hour phone number in the event of such an emergency.

  • Developer Compensation for Emergency Services If, during an Emergency State, the Developer provides services at the request or direction of the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer will be compensated for such services in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff.

  • Modification for Catastrophe In event of Catastrophic Damage, Forest Service, in consultation with Purchaser, shall outline on Sale Area Map: (a) Any areas of catastrophe-affected live and dead timber meeting Utilization Standards and having undesignated timber so situated that it should be logged with the designated timber; (b) If needed, any such areas where the damaged undesignated timber can reasonably be logged separately; and (c) Areas of affected or unaffected timber that are to be eliminated from Sale Area. Forest Service shall locate and post the boundaries of all such areas, as needed. After Sale Area Map has been outlined under this Subsection, Forest Service may propose contract modification to permit the harvest of catastrophe-affected timber. If Purchaser accepts Forest Service proposed modifications, this contract shall be modified to include rates redetermined under B3.32 and other related revisions as necessary, such as revision of Operating Schedule to ensure prompt removal of affected timber when necessary to avoid further loss and provision for additional contract time, if needed.

  • Continuity of Supply A Service Order will continue until terminated in accordance with this Agreement. A change to a Service Order will not initiate a new Service Order, or cause the existing Service Order to terminate, unless expressly agreed in writing. In particular, a change to a Service Order that is implemented by the LFC electronically and does not require a physical visit to a site or Interconnection Point will not cause the Service Order to terminate.

  • Unforeseen and Emergency Scheduled RDO work where Notice not Provided (a) If notice is not provided by the Employer in accordance with clause 38.8(c) and 38.8(d) then the affected Employees, in addition to accrued entitlements, will be paid as if they were undertaking Public Holiday Work in accordance with clause 39.9 of this Agreement.
