CONTRACT WITH CONTRACTOR. The contract with the Contractor shall be consistent with this Tenant Work Letter and shall provide that Tenant shall have the full benefit of all warranties provided by Contractor and that such warranties shall be assignable to Tenant. Landlord shall provide Tenant with an opportunity to review the construction contract with the Contractor to confirm that such contract is not in conflict with this Tenant Work Letter. In addition, upon request from Tenant, Landlord shall provide Tenant with a copy of all Contractor's contracts with the major trade subcontractors in Landlord's possession at the time of such request.
CONTRACT WITH CONTRACTOR. Tenant shall provide Landlord with a copy of the contract with its contractor prior to commencement of Tenant's Work. Tenant shall incorporate into such contract the following items as "Special Conditions":

The Division hereby agrees to contract with the Contractor and the Contractor hereby agrees to perform the services under this agreement in accordance with LGAP/Division/applicable regulations to the establishing of programs and activities. All exhibits or regulations referred to in this contract or attached hereto are by reference made part of this contract.
CONTRACT WITH CONTRACTOR. The Division hereby agrees to contract with the Contractor and the Contractor hereby agrees to perform the services under this agreement in accordance with CWEF/Division/applicable regulations to the establishing of programs and activities. CONTRACT WITH CONTRACTOR. Donor agrees to enter into a contract with Contractor for the performance and completion of the work as outlined in Exhibit B. Donor shall make payment to Contractor upon Donor’s receipt and approval of invoice(s) and accompanying certification(s) of completion of the work. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Donor and the City, Contractor shall not provide services under this Agreement in excess of the amount of the Contribution. Following the completion of the Project, Contractor will warrant and guarantee to the City its work as described in the plans for the Project for a period of one (1) year after the date of completion and acceptance of the Project. Contractor shall perform its obligations as stated in this Agreement.
CONTRACT WITH CONTRACTOR. Upon the Tribal Corporation's ------------------------ designation of a Contractor, the Tribal Corporation shall cause to be prepared a new Owner/Contractor Agreement between the Tribal Corporation and the Contractor to be signed by the Tribal Corporation and the Contractor. The Owner/Contractor Agreement, including any general and special conditions, shall be consistent with this Agreement and approved by the Tribal Corporation's legal counsel.
CONTRACT WITH CONTRACTOR. Each contractor who is performing the work approved for this Project shall have a valid City of Blue Springs Business License.
CONTRACT WITH CONTRACTOR. The District agrees to and does hereby contract with the Contractor as transporter of designated preschool, elementary, middle and high school students with disabilities or any students with specialized needs of the District, and the Contractor agrees to transport upon such routes and on such schedules as shall be designated and approved by the District.
CONTRACT WITH CONTRACTOR. APPLICANT will provide AGENCY with a copy of APPLICANT’S contract with each contractor who is performing the work approved for this program. Contractor shall have a valid State of California Contractor’s License. All work performed under this Contract will be carried out in a workmanlike and professional manner. Permits must be obtained from the City of RICHMOND, Building Department and/or Planning Department for all work requiring permits.
