Common use of Contracting Officer (KO) Clause in Contracts

Contracting Officer (KO). i. Contract Administration. All contract administration will be handled by the DITCO-NCR KO. Communications pertaining to contractual administrative matters shall be addressed to the KO and Specialist(s). No changes in or deviations from the scope of work shall be effected without a written modification to the Contract executed by the KO authorizing such changes.
