Contracting Officer’s Representatives. The President and CEO of the Primary Operator may designate employees to act as authorized representatives for certain specific purposes. Such designation shall not contain authority to resolve disputes, sign any contractual documents or approve any alteration to the Contract involving a change in scope, price, terms or conditions.
