CONTRACTING OUT FOR SERVICES. The District agrees that there will be no subcontracting for custodial services, but reserves the right to subcontract for other services when deemed to be in the best interest of the District. CONTRACTING OUT FOR SERVICES. 15.12.1 During the term of this Agreement, the District agrees that it will not contract out work that has been customarily and routinely performed or is performable by unit members covered by this Agreement unless the contracting proposed is specifically permitted by law.
