CONTRACTING PROCESS. The contracting process is as follows: a. The Registered User must access ShareCRF and click on the button designed to create a study. b. You must then enter the information that may be required for the purposes of the study, and, after accepting these General Contract Conditions, generate the study. c. Once this is done, Inetsys will confirm the acceptance of these Conditions by the Client. d. From this moment, except in the event of force majeure, the service must be made available through ShareCRF. e. Before the end of the trial period, the Subscriber must choose the characteristics of the service as provided above and, depending on the frequency selected, allow for the collection of the corresponding amounts by Inetsys. f. In that event, Inetsys will send the corresponding invoices to the Subscriber. By accepting these Conditions, the Subscriber agrees to receive an invoice electronically.
