Common use of Contractor agrees Clause in Contracts

Contractor agrees. To provide and coordinate law enforcement services during Interim Events at all areas of the OC Fair & Event Center, including, but not limited to, permanent and temporary buildings, parking lots, fenced areas, within the perimeter gates, and the Pacific Amphitheatre and Action Sports Arena venues for the 32nd District Agricultural Association.

Contractor agrees. To provide and coordinate law enforcement services during Interim Events the 20232 OC Fair at all areas of the OC Fair & Event Center, including, but not limited to, permanent and temporary buildings, parking lots, fenced areas, within the all perimeter and entrance gates, and the Pacific Amphitheatre and Amphitheatre, Action Sports Arena and Hangar venues for the 32nd District Agricultural Association.
