The following security precautions are part of the site conditions and are a part of this Contract. No alcohol or drugs are allowed on facility grounds (medication exempted by permission only). If drugs or alcohol are found on persons in vehicles, persons involved will be barred from working at this facility or any other State correctional facility for a period of up to one year. Violators will be prosecuted for illegal substances. 4. No tobacco products or cell phones are allowed within the secured perimeter. 5. When necessary for employees to enter secure portions of the Facility, they may be subject to search and inventory of tools.

Pesticide chemicals are used by BGS employees and contractors generally as a last resort to provide a pest-free work environment and to control outbreaks of infestation of all household pests found within State buildings or State leased buildings. Recognizing the fact that employees could be harmed by improper pesticide applications, it is the policy of BGS to inform all State employees of the use of pesticides in their workplace. It is the policy of BGS that pesticides shall only be used in State buildings or State leased buildings at the request of the supervisor, or their designee, to control pests after BGS or contractor pest control technicians have determined that all appropriate non-chemical control measures have been considered and that the pest infestation level is high enough to warrant treatment (‘integrated pest management”).   • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.   • Security Safeguards Contractor shall store and process District Data in accordance with commercial best practices, including implementing appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards that are no less rigorous than those outlined in SANS Top 20 Security Controls, as amended, to secure such data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and use. Contractor shall ensure that all such safeguards, including the manner in which District Data is collected, accessed, used, stored, processed, disposed of and disclosed, comply with all applicable federal and state data protection and privacy laws, regulations and directives, including without limitation C.R.S. § ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇ et seq., as well as the terms and conditions of this Addendum. Without limiting the foregoing, and unless expressly agreed to the contrary in writing, Contractor warrants that all electronic District Data will be encrypted in transmission and at rest in accordance with NIST Special Publication 800-57, as amended.
