Contractor Contract Manager. The Contractor will assign a National Account Manager c o n t a c t p e r s o n for Contract management purposes. The Contract Manager is to be identified in Exhibit 6.6, Contractor Contract Manager Information. An addendum is required to change the Contractor’s name as listed on this agreement. Contractor agrees to notify the Lead State of any name change. Upon receipt of legal documentation of the name change the Lead State will process the addendum. Payment of invoices presented with a new name cannot be paid prior to approval of said addendum.
