Contractor Control. Contractor will do the work necessary to carry out and complete the Services in a timely manner consistent with applicable law, professional standards, and this Agreement. Contractor will have sole discretion over, and sole responsibility for, the planning, method, means, sequencing, time, and place of the work. Contractor will provide Contractor’s own equipment and materials. Contractor will advise Client in writing if it intends to subcontract any part of the Services.
Contractor Control. You’ll carry out and complete the Services in a timely manner consistent with due care, applicable law, professional standards, and this Agreement. You’ll have sole control, discretion, and responsibility for the manner of performing the Services, including the planning, method, means, sequencing, time, and place of the work, except for our general oversight over the results. You’ll provide your own equipment and materials and obtain our consent before subcontracting any part of the Services.
Contractor Control. The Processor processes data submitted to them in accordance with the applicable contract and, in doing so, en- sures compliance with statutory provisions and requirements defined by contract within the scope of the instruc- tions provided by the Controller. The OpenProject platform has an administration interface through which the Controller can manage their customer account. The Controller specifies their access data within their user account during the initial account creation process. Only persons who have such access data can enter, change or delete customer data within the scope of their assigned authorisations. The written form requirement applies to all other tasks that the Controller cannot perform independently via the administration interface.

  • The Contractor must 16.1.1. treat all Authority Protected Information as confidential and safeguard it accordingly, implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Authority Protected Information against disclosure; 16.1.2. only use the Authority Protected Information for the purposes of performing its obligations under the Framework Agreement; 16.1.3. only disclose the Authority Protected Information to such Contractor Representatives that are directly involved in the performance of the Framework Agreement and need to know the information; and 16.1.4. not disclose any Authority Protected Information without the prior written consent of the Authority.

  • Contractor If COUNTY elects to renegotiate this Agreement due to reduced or terminated 20 funding, CONTRACTOR shall not be obligated to accept the renegotiated terms.

  • CONTRACTOR SUPERVISION Contractor shall provide competent supervision of personnel employed on the job Site, use of equipment, and quality of workmanship.

  • Subcontractor A contractor and/or supplier who is under contract with Developer or with any other subcontractor, regardless of tier, to perform a portion of the Work of the Project.

  • Contractor Certification for Contractor Employees Introduction Texas Education Code Chapter 22 requires entities that contract with school districts to provide services to obtain criminal history record information regarding covered employees. Contractors must certify to the district that they have complied. Covered employees with disqualifying criminal histories are prohibited from serving at a school district. Definitions: Covered employees: Employees of a contractor or subcontractor who have or will have continuing duties related to the service to be performed at the District and have or will have direct contact with students. The District will be the final arbiter of what constitutes direct contact with students. Disqualifying criminal history: Any conviction or other criminal history information designated by the District, or one of the following offenses, if at the time of the offense, the victim was under 18 or enrolled in a public school: (a) a felony offense under Title 5, Texas Penal Code; (b) an offense for which a defendant is required to register as a sex offender under Chapter 62, Texas Code of Criminal Procedure; or (c) an equivalent offense under federal law or the laws of another state. I certify that: NONE (Section A) of the employees of Contractor and any subcontractors are covered employees, as defined above. If this box is checked, I further certify that Contractor has taken precautions or imposed conditions to ensure that the employees of Contractor and any subcontractor will not become covered employees. Contractor will maintain these precautions or conditions throughout the time the contracted services are provided. OR SOME (Section B) or all of the employees of Contractor and any subcontractor are covered employees. If this box is checked, I further certify that: (1) Contractor has obtained all required criminal history record information regarding its covered employees. None of the covered employees has a disqualifying criminal history.
