CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. Contractor shall designate a customer service representative (and inform Enterprise Services of the same) who shall be responsible for addressing Purchaser issues pertaining to this Contract. In the event of a change with the Contractor’s point of contact(s), the Contractor must inform the Contract Specialist within 15 calendar days to ensure the information is updated and posted accordingly.

CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. In the event of a change Contractor shall notify contract administrator identified in section 10.1 within 5 business days with the Contractor’s point of contact(s), the Contractor updated customer service contacts if any changes occur. All contacts must inform the Contract Specialist within 15 calendar days to ensure the information is updated and posted accordinglybe current.
