CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. Contractor shall designate a customer service representative. The name of the representative and the phone number, email address, or any other method of communicating with the representative, shall be furnished to eligible Purchasers and Enterprise Services after award. A backup person who is sufficiently trained to assume these duties shall be designated and be available in absence of the primary customer service representative.
