CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE EVALUATION. The State may, at its discretion, evaluate the performance Contractor at the conclusion of the contract. If performance is evaluated, the evaluation shall not be a public record, but may be placed on file with the Department of General Services. Negative performance evaluations may be considered by the State prior to making future contract awards. Performance evaluations may include, but not be limited to, the following: a. Whether the work or services were completed as specified. b. The reasons for and of cost overruns, ifany. c. Whether the work or services met the specified quality standards. d. Whether the Contractor fulfilled all contract requirements. e. The factors outside the Contractor's that may have caused performance difficulties.
