Contractor Program Manager. Contractor shall designate a Contractor Program Manager. The Contractor Program Manager shall (a) be a full-time employee of Contractor, (b) devote sufficient effort to manage the Services, (c) remain in this position for a minimum period of one (1) year from the Commencement Date (except as a result of voluntary resignation or involuntary termination for cause, death or disability, or other leave of absence protected by applicable Law (e.g., the Family and Medical Leave Act)), (d) serve as the single point of accountability for the Services, (e) be the single point of contact to whom all communications from OCA concerning this Agreement or the Services may be addressed, (f) have authority to act on behalf of Contractor in all day-to-day matters pertaining to this Agreement, (g) have day- to-day responsibility for service delivery, billing and relationship management, and
