Contractor Reporting Requirements. Cooperation in Contract monitoring and provision of documents during Contract monitoring shall be at no additional cost to the Department. The Contractor is responsible for the faithful performance of the Contract and shall have internal monitoring procedures and processes to ensure compliance. The Contractor shall provide oversight of its Subcontract(s) and shall have internal monitoring procedures and processes to ensure Subcontractor compliance. The Contractor shall ensure that all Subcontractor(s) work for the purpose of fulfilling a Contractor’s obligation under this Contract.
